ziresia What do you mean that you want to keep the house you made? There's nothing about the launcher login that should affect what houses you use, and you don't even need to login to use the Exchange most of the time. Nor are there any other features that depend on this login.
Having said that, if you do want to be able to login to the launcher, try clearing Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data and deleting [your email].bin, inside Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3. If this doesn't or didn't help, change your password and repeat. The new password should contain only letters and numbers, no special characters.
