@breannakristine This sounds like a variation of the "there are no packs to install" error, covered here:

Try the accepted solution of that thread. If it doesn't help, you can manually remove the files, but there's no good way to get rid of only what you want; you'd at least need to remove bundles of files, and maybe all the launcher-installed custom content.
