@nennnn Do you play through Origin? Try putting Origin in offline mode, and disable Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option right at the top. Disable any overlays (Steam, Discord, etc.) you have running as well. And disable Windows notifications while you play.
You can also try switching between fullscreen and windowed modes. Let me know whether any of this helps.
