Sims 3 mods

@Lilys18  There is no way to test whether a mod is broken other than to remove it and see if the problem goes away.  Some mods are known to be broken though.  If you would like, you can post a list of the mods you use, and I'll let you know if any of them are a known problem.

Please also describe the issue you're having in-game, if you're seeing one.  I can try to help with that even if it's not caused by a mod.
