Sims 3 not fitting to computer screen even though on full screen mode

I am having an issue of when in game play that that it wont fit to my computer screen when it has before. How can I go about fixing this or will I have to play sims3 without it fitting to my screen?

    What didn't work ? Changing the resolution ? Did it not do anything or is it still off ?

    If it's the second one, do you have issues with any other programs ?

Can you go into your options ? If so, try playing around with your screen resolution. MIght have been reset.
