Hi, i had this issue for a long time, since i updated my pc to windows 11,
i can't play trough the EA app.
If i press play in the EA app it goes to the launcher of sims 3, but when i press the play button it dissapears and pops up the EA launcher again.
Okay!! i found the problem.
the problem was that i was playing just with one cpu in the sims, cause i supposed it didnt work if i put them all, but actually it worked perfectly now.!
@SHADYN-72 Right, the workaround of only allowing Sims 3 to use one CPU core only needs to be applied for the first few seconds after launch, then you can undo the setting. As you've seen, giving the game access to only one core as you're playing is not great for performance.
