Sims 3 Owned add-ons/ redeem codes

To recently re downloading the sims onto my Mac I've been having trouble getting the expansion packs to work. game play works fine although  when it comes to viewing my add ons/ packs its telling me its available on windows only ? am I doing something wrong or have a missed something.. any help would be amazing!
