Sims 3 patch 1.55
Hello,
The newest Sims patch 1.55 doesn't download, and now I can't play Island Paradise wich I bought yesterday.
What can I do?

Try downloading the patch manually here:

Help us helpers to help youI cannot install the manual patch or the one from the Launcher and the Customer Service was less than helpful. Any ideas?
I am on Mac with version one of the base game. I get the message "You cannot apply this patch on this version of the application Please re-install" when I try doing the manual patch.
I have reinstalled so many times and still no luck. I don't have anything else sims related on my computer and this is getting very annoying. I'd like to play my game again...
Did you try the mac patch or the PC one ?
