I tried to install the Sims 3 deluxe addition (Has Late Night and High-end Loft stuff) and the Sims 3 pets and I noticed that when I go to create a Sim, there is like a ghost on their bodies like the cursor is sitting there lighting that area up when the cursor isn't even near it. Also when I go to create a pet (dog, cat, or horse) their completely pitch black. Also when I go to install them I don't remember it ever asking for their code that comes with them. I've never had this problem before on my last computer and it was an older model than this one (windows 8). If you could check out to see if it's my computer that's not compatible or the game itself (if you can) I'd appreciate it
Sincerely,

@BlackFire860 @tarahoover Your computer does not meet the minimum requirements as the Celeron N3050 is clocked at 1.6Ghz and the minimum requirement for this game is 2.4Ghz. The Celeron is the weak cpu chip and the integrated Intel HD Graphics chip is very weak. The Intel HD Graphics is known to have issues with the PETS pack. Intel has a video driver dated 11/6/2017. Try updating the video drivers and see if that helps.

So if I update the graphics card will I stop having problems or do I need to update my Celeron N3050 as well.
