Sims 3 Pets~ Buying Chicken Coop and game froze. Coop missing.

I had bought a chicken coop on Sims 3 Pets for 600 sim points.  While placing the coop, the game froze and I was forced to restart without saving.  Now not only am I back to my last save point, I'm out a chicken coop and 600 points.  The tech team was able to get my points back no problem.  But now the coop is missing from my game store completly!  How do I get it back?  I want chickens!
