Sims 3 Pets disappeared
Had sims 3 with several expansions for years! Sims 3 pets was one of the first ones we got and when it switched over from Origin to EA, all my expansions switched over besides the sims 3 pets. Since we have had them for so long and everything was online we don’t have the discs anymore. How do i get it back?? I’ve been Going back and forth with tech support for weeks now and they have been no help at all. Every response back is a different rep telling me to do the same thing or asking for the same info every time. I’ve done all the trouble shooting!

If you're no longer seeing Pets in your game library after moving over to the EA app, it sounds like you're logging into a different EA account than the one you had originally redeemed and registered your Pets expansion to. You'd need to locate the original account that you had Pets registered to and log back into the EA app using those original account login details in order to download and access your expansion again.
Here on the forums, we don't have access to your account details to verify if you're logging in correctly, but live support can review your account details with you further and check if you're using the correct login details or not. If you still have your game code for Pets, you can also provide that game code to live support so they can locate which account Pets was registered to. You'll need to reach back out to the live support team to try and locate your older account details- you can contact them by submitting a help request here.
