Sims 3 Pets Expansion Pack Disc Owned but cannot find Serial Code.

@bonnie1981  google and download gamekeyrevealer on the computer you had PETS on before. Run gamekeyrevealer and if the code is in the registry it should be displayed.

    I'm not sure It will work because we reset the computer when the pets was installed. Do you think it will work still?

      @bonnie1981  If you mean reinstalled the operating system - it will not be there. You could try EA customer service - link for EA CS - EA customer service  They may be able to recover the code or issue you a new code - it is up to CS.
