Sims 3 Pets Game won't install onto origin my games page

Please can anyone help?

My daughter has a new Sims 3 Pets Expansion Pack game, but we're having difficulty installing it. It installs onto my computer (Desktop etc) okay; however it doesn't show in the 'Installed Games' page on my daughters Origin Account page, so we can't click on it then to play. We have two Sims games already on this account, but I don't understand why Pets doesn't show up.

If any advice can be given it would be greatly appreciated.

If you bought the disc version and need to redeem the code to register the pack. If after a reasnalbe time the game does not appear you will need to contact EA customer service directly - here is a link to EA customer service - Contact EA
