Sims 3 pets glitch! Fully Black Animals it only happens in CAS and gameplay!

I got the downloaded version of sims 3 pets off of amazon and when I tried creating a dog and a cat....the had a black tone with only colored eyes and accessories..I thought maybe its only those two pets so i tried horses...Same glitch They are fully black....so then I tried adopting a pet in game...it came into my household fully black with colored eyes and collar. I believe its my graphics card? can someone tell me how to fix this? I'll put a file in to show what they look like.
