sims 3 pets is in the app but not the launcher
my game, the sims 3 pets is in the app but not the launcher. I have just re downloaded all my sins 3 again and all are working but the sims 3 is there something im missing ? why is the game in the app and say is installed but then not show in the launcher?
@Aimzylilred1992 Where or how did you buy Pets? If you went through a third party, it's possible you received a bad code that was later removed. This is what often happens in these cases: the pack downloads properly but doesn't show in the launcher.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
