i have a similar problem I was trying to install my sims 3 pc game on origin when a pop up appeared claiming I needed to go and redeem my code at the sims 3 website but when I type in my code to be redeemed it is too long! my code is 20 digits long! if you could send a link or tell me what to do asap I would be very grateful 🙂

game codes are 20 digits long worlds and download content are usually 16 digits long here's a how to register
