I am also unable to get to the exchange. The same error message other users have mentioned appears. It is disappointing to find out the problem is still unresolved after almost a year.
same here its 2016 and it doesn't work what so ever so disappointed.
this is a very old thread ,so since then not goods news all online services for console Sims 3 are not longer available.
