Sims 3 promo codes
Hi, a while ago I un installed the Sims 3, and now I want to reinstall it but it won't let me use the same promo code again. Do I need a new code or what can I do to be able to play my game again.

Community ManagerIs your game registered in Origin? If so, you can download from there without the code. EA can also probably give you a new code with the right proof of purchase. Try opening a support case with them if you don't have the game in your Origin account.
It is but it still asks for the promo code, and saying that it has already been used and can't use it.
