sims 3 redeem codes and lost origin account
I purchased and redeemed all my sims 3 games into my computer. I cannot find or remember the account that was used, i still have the codes but cannot redeem them on a different account of mine. Is there something i can do ? i have the origin login i use on the computer but not the email.
@ReisPuffs01 Is the game still installed on this computer? If so, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and look for a file labeled [email address].bin. That's the email associated with the Origin account that owns the game.
If that doesn't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support. While you won't be able to transfer your product codes to a new account without knowing the old one, a support rep may be able to help you figure out the details of the old account. If you have discs, take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code; you can upload these photos when you submit the help request.
