Hey kjesmer,
Thanks for taking the time to explain the situation.
If you haven't already, please try clearing the cache in the EA App by following the steps on this page. Doing so may help resolve entitlement sync issues.
After you clear the cache, and if the issue still exists, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check the folder where your base game is installed (usually C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 3\) for separate subfolders representing each pack.
- Compare the packs listed in the EA app as "Installed" with those in that folder and with the packs listed in the launcher to confirm they were actually installed. If a pack shows as "Installed" in the EA app but doesn't have a corresponding subfolder, it wasn't fully installed.
- If you notice discrepancies between the folder and the EA app's list or between the EA app's list and the launcher's list, uninstall the specific pack, restart the EA app, and reinstall that one pack. Launch the game afterward to see if it appears.
- Repeat this process for each impacted pack until you address them all. Please avoid reinstalling everything at once!
Let us know how it goes, thanks!
