Sims 3 Seasons and University Life not showing in launcher

I have downloaded The Sims 3 Seasons and The Sims 3 University Life through the EA app and they do not appear in the launcher.

The launcher version is 1.69.43.024017.

The expansion packs I have installed are World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Seasons, Supernatural, University Life, Island Paradise, and Into the Future and all of them show except those two mentioned.

I have tried clearing the cache in the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing the game and it still will not show these two. Thank you for your help in advance.

    Yes I have had two accounts merged. I also found a fix for the issue since posting.

    I installed LazyDuchess' Intel Alder Lake patch to the TS3.exe and was able to download the disc version of Seasons, University Life, and Town Life Stuff into the path I have the digital versions installed and they now show up in the launcher and in game.
