    try this go to edit town pick a park go to build buy place some furniture on the lot then bulldoze the lot then change the lot type to festival lot and from the community library select one of the pre-made  parks  festival parks that comes with seasons ep before doing so check in the community lot library that there are parks the same size as the one your replacing

I thought of going to edit town but wasn't sure. I'll try your idea of getting rid of it and then changing the lot type. Thanks a lot!! I'll let you know if it works!

it does work!! Yay!! Thank you!! I didn't have time when i wanted to try it last night so I wanted to make sure.  Got it now, thanks!! Didn't want to miss out!!
