sims 3 service initialization failed (0x039e8474) error?

Hey everyone, I haven't been playing the Sims for a while and after moving houses this summer I seem to have lost all my CD's. (I have the original sims 3 plus 11 packs) so during the holidays I felt like playing again so I tried downloading a crack to be able to play the game without the CD. I must have done something wrong as not only did it  not work without the CD but it also gave a completely different error. I bought the 70's 80's 90's pack to be able to play again and I had that error pop up. What can I  do?

(While trying to download the crack I think I changed the TS3.exe somehow, could that be the problem? I have no idea what to do please help:/)
