Sims 3 Shadows Loading Slow and Objects Disappearing

 After making Sims 3 recognize my graphics card, whenever I go into the game and go up and down floors, it takes about a second or two for the objects to fully load, and the shadows to fully come in. This happens every time that I go up or down a story, and just recently started happening.

I think that my computer can handle this game, even at the lowest settings on the game, the objects will hide and shadows will take a while to load.

    I lowered the resolution and I checked if my game recognized my graphics card, it seems that everything is okay. I think the shadows only load when you are on a specific level, like when I go to a roof level in a house the shadows from the previous level disappear, then when I go back down they load in again.
