My sim keep on going to work ever single time and when she gets off of it said she is late for work even though she already went to work.I try quit job then rejoin and it said late for work and I made her get pregnant and got the message she will have 4 days off of work and the work tab still say late for work.
Are you using mods in your game ?
I'm having a similar issue. It's on a new computer with no modifications. I'm using thesims3.com/store items only for custom content. The issue is, he works at the Bot Arena but while he's at work, it says "Going to Work" in the Work Tab. My other Sims work at different places, and they all work properly.
I'm going to try resetting the Sim, but I think it has to do with the location of the job. It's happened before with another Sim in a different save, but he'd get stuck at work without being paid for an eternity unless I stopped him.
Thank you for reading, I looked up my problem but couldn't find it anywhere because the Forum Search finds every page of work/working.
@enchantress6274 Does your sim currently have an overnight shift, as in, one that spans midnight? There's a known issue where the game fails to recognize the shift properly, although it should clear up the next sim-day.
If that's not the issue, try resetting the lot where your sim works, preferably while he isn't there.
