Sims 3 Starter Pack Purchased from walmart on-line

Question

I put&nbsp; Disk one, The sims in my computer. Window opens ask to install I click it. It starts to look for up-dateswhen done it moves on to installation but stops half way and asks for installation code I enter it, press ok a few seconds go by a message pops up at top of this window "unable to redeem" I tried doing it 4 times checking to make sure I typed it in the correct way. Finally it tells me to take it to where I made the purchase.What in the world is going on with?JGD
