Sims 3 store content dissapears

Helloi have some issues with downloading content from the sims 3 store. when i reinstall my game (i did it 3 times this year cause of other issues so not normally something i would ever do.) i am able to download all of my content from the sims 3 store such as monte vista, riverview, some hair and the cows and chickens. plus some additional things as violin, tablet and baby equipment. i can then play with these items for a few days before it suddenly out of the blue just dissapears from my game. i will then try to re download it as normal but i am then unable to. have any of you tried this ? thank you.&nbsp;I am playing on a PC from Acer, Nitro.&nbsp;My id/name is claradensmukke&nbsp;

claradensmukke&nbsp; Once the content has disappeared, trying to reinstall it won't help, or will only help temporarily.&nbsp; Since you've already tried that, you'll need to reinstall everything into a clean user folder, a few items at a time, then transfer over your saves and other content.&nbsp; More detailed instructions are here:

I would strongly recommend keeping an extra copy of the Sims 3 folder with the Store content installed, as this may happen again, and it's a lot easier to restore your spare copy rather than reinstalling everything each time this happens.&nbsp; But if and when this does happen again, before doing anything else, try deleting the SigsCache folder, which helps some of the time.
