I've tried to update my profile traits on the Sims 3 Community page, but every time it tells me my traits can't be updated... I've tried using different search engines, but to no avail. I haven't contacted EA support yet.
Does anyone have a solution?
dlivikS Sorry for the late reply. I think this was broken previously but is supposed to have been fixed, and I haven't seen any other reports in the last couple weeks at least. Is this still a problem for you? Please test multiple browsers, again, and in private/incognito windows so there's no issue with cached data. Use at least one browser that is NOT built on Chromium, for example Firefox is not.
Thank you for writing! Neither Chrome (Google), Edge (Bing), nor Firefox (DuckDuckGo) worked – not even when I tried incognito browser...! Should I give up trying to solve it myself and contact EA Support?
dlivikS EA support isn't likely to be able to help here since the Store doesn't have much support in general. I personally wouldn't bother, but it's your choice.
