Sims 3 store content not showing up in game!

Yesterday, i opened up my launcher and it kept freezing. I had previous problems with my sims game so i just decided to delete EVERYTHING and just start fresh. but the only problem is, the stuff i bought from the sims 3 store WILL NOT show up NO MATTER WHAT. I tried EVERYTHING. I tried to turn them into .package instead of .sim3pack, but then the game would not start. i tried using an alternative downloader, but it couldnt download store content. so i have no idea what to do. i payed money for this!! i had no problem with store content before my launcher first started freezing. what now!
