Sims 3 store content won't download. I tried restarting my computer, clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the sims 3. It still wont download, its saying I dont own the item, but I found it in my purchase history, and I had used the items successfully before on a different computer
@boots6747 Try using the download link on the product page for the item, not your purchase history. If you still get the error, try refreshing the page a couple of times, or use a different browser. Firefox always works for me.
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what kind of install this is—EA App, Steam, disc, mixed—and whether you've bought or registered multiple copies of Sims 3, or ever had an EA Play subscription.
