Sims 3 store/dailydeal/makeanoffer pages won't load

Hi, strange problem suddenly happening today, hoping someone can suggest something, I'm including any info that might possibly help. I can't seem to get the store page/daily deals/ make me and offer...

Did you try turning on/off the router and getting a new IP address ?

Also what country are you in ?

    Thanks for the suggestions everyone, some patient help from EA and *lots* of troubleshooting led to a dns flush that solved it all.
