Sims 3 stuff pack wont download

I recently bought Monte Vista Stuff pack on the Sims3 website, recieved the code and redeemed it online however when I try to download it from my Sims3 account onto my laptop it wont let me and says "We're sorry,  but the product could not be downloaded at this time. Please try again later." I've tried a couple times over the last few days but it's still coming up with the same problem. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it? If not, is there anyone I can get a refund the Monte Vista game? Please help!
