sims 3 stuttering while panning the camera around

This issue that is occurring is very aggravating, as I have a computer that exceeds the requirements of the game. Whenever I pan my camera around, the game stutters and its very annoying!! I wish my game could run smooth. Any help will be appreciated!

    @roberta591 Hi! I just recently restored my computer back to factory default. I launched The Sims 3, and so far it's flawless. But I haven't installed any of the Expansion Packs yet. However, it did say that the video card was not recognized when I first launched the game. I checked the GPU activity and The Sims 3 was in there. So should I be worried? The game runs smooth still.

    @SimPlumbobGreen Sorry we couldn't find a solution. Some people (a few) have reported problems with high end cards with no solution. Take care

    @roberta591 That's okay. Thank you for your patience and help! Glad to hear that my graphics card is high end 🙂 It allows me to play demanding games like GTA V. Take care.

    Go to the in game options/graphic options and set all on low. It doesn't change game much it just won't be as detalied as before and it will run smoothly
