Sims 3 Supernatural Glitch

Hey, has anyone else had an issue with downloading Supernatural?? I own the game, and it says it in the library, yet when I try to find it in the expansions in the opening of Sims 3, it's not there. It won't allow me to buy it again other than as a gift. I've created a "help case" with EA and received an email asking if i still needed help with it after they provided more information about my recent request. So i go back in to look at my case, and it makes me "resume or end" my case. If i click on resume, it takes me back to the contact EA page and doesn't show me anything else. 😬 I'm highly annoyed and could use any advice or ideas that you can come up with. Thank you!

    @hayley_renae95  Try downloading the pack from Origin rather than the EA App.  You can download Origin from the link here:

    If that doesn't help, you may need to uninstall and reinstall Sims 3 itself.  This has been a common result since the original downloading issue was resolved a few weeks ago.

    If you have saves or other content you want to preserve, be sure to make a copy of the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts.  This folder contains all your user data, and it sometimes gets deleted during the uninstall process.

    I've uninstalled both the Origin app, and Sims 3, and reinstalled them both, and I still get this message.
