Sims 3 Supernatural issue

I have the PC game expansion pack for Sims 3 supernatural and every time I click to load it says do you want to remove all features of this game. And I've tried un-installing it then reinstalling it but it doesn't work I've also restarted my laptop and tried logging it off but everyday I reinstall 

and click it to load it still it askes if I wish to remove it.

But I struggle to understand the issue because it's let me play the game one time but when I tried reloading it the next day it wouldn't let me play it. Yet it lets me play other gamesstil lfor example Sims3 island paradiseand the Sims 3 universitylife
