Sims 3 Supernatural lost product code

I'm trying to install the sims 3 supernatural onto my computer again after uninstalling it about 2 years ago. I was able to install The Sims 3, along with High End Loft stuff, and Late Night, when I installed those, it showed me the product code before I installed so I was able to copy and paste it when it asked me for those codes. When I go to download Supernatural it says Product code: no_cd_key so I figured maybe I wouldn't need it but when it finished downloading and I go to install it asks for a product code. I purchased through origin a few years ago, so I don't have the emails anymore. I've opened up a case with EA but haven't been able to chat with anyone after several attempts. What can I do?

    @priss0120 Google a program called gamekeyrevealer - if the code is still in the registry this program should find it.

    The ones I found won't work on my mac.

    @priss0120 Did you have Super installed on a pc before? Are you installing from disc? Do you have Origin for mac installed?
