Sims 3 Supernatural: pre-ordered game not avilable

I have pre-ordered the "Sims 3 Supernatural" game and I was told today is the release date for the game. however, when I log in to Origin in tells me the game is not yet released. Did this game work...

Does anyone know when the physical copies will be sent out?

I purchased the "mac/pc" bundle, and I got an email saying it would be shipped shortly, but the tracking number doesn't work.
