Sims 3 Supernatural problem

After installing The Sims 3 Supernatural, the game keeps crashing on the loading screen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but it's doing it again. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Sounds like you have an incompatible mod in there. Make sure to remove all mods and only put updated stuff back.

hi there, I'm having the same problem too but I dont think i have any incompatible mods as i only installed the game and the expansion on my new laptop today. any other possibilities? thanks

Please make your own thread and post some more info on your crash as well as your specs. Does it crash on loading and what makes you think it's not mods ? Do you not have any ?

I was playing the sims 3 fine after the last update to Sims 3 Supernatural the game keeps stalling and not responding. Any thoughts?

a man of EA told this should (i didn't use it) work.
Shashank: Lets check for errors and make sure the permissions are set;
Shashank: 1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc that came with your computer, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
Shashank: 2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
Shashank: Note: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.
Shashank: 3. Click the First Aid tab.
Shashank: 4. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.
Shashank: 5. Select your Mac OS X volume.
Shashank: 6. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk.

im not going to post my own thread cause i have same problem -- how come there gona make a sims 4 when sims 3 dont work proper i dont understand this , sims 3 has buggered up 2 of my computers and now i got a top spec gaming 1 and still have problems -- fix it dont make another problem as this may be worse for all sims players

When I put my product code for the Sims 3 supernatural, a message appears saying that this code has already been used has anyone else had this problem?
