i installed sims 3 supernatural and it worked fine the first 12 hours but now every time i try and play it, it comes up with a box asking me if i really want to uninstall the game. but i dont want to uninstall it and i dont know what to do, can someone help me with this please???
when we run the autorun.exe or setup.exe it always gives an error saying that other extensions risk not to work if we continue to UNinstall the sims 3/supernatural???
But we did not even had the opportunity to INstall???
Every time we put disk in PC the SETUP automatically go's to UNinstall??

Does this come up when you put in the DVD or with the DVD already in the drive ?
The whole game or Supernatural ? What's the exact error you're getting ?
just supernatural. down the bottom the icon that should say its installed says its not. it just says
"you currently have one or more expansion packs for the sims 3 supernatural installed. uninstalling the sims 3 supernatural may cause those expansion pack(s) to no longer function correctly unless you update your game via the sims 3 launcher. do you wish to continue uninstalling the sims 3 supernatural?" then it has the little yes or no button.

Is this an actual box popping up when you start the launcher ?

Daughter just had the same error. Tried to uninstall supernatural expansion pack and said it did it, but it was still in the list of programs to uninstall in control panel. Went to install and got the error. Had to clean the registry, see this article

after registry cleanned, I was able to re-install supernatural and it seems to be working fine now.
Looks like the uninstall did not take out all the registry entries.
