Sims 3 Supernatural wont install

Question

I have just bought the sims 3 supernatural expansion pack it downloaded fine however, the game will not install. It says i need to update my sims 3 when i've checked several times and i am up to date i have tried restarting my computer uninstalling both origin and the sims 3 and it still wont work. can you suggest something to help?

thank you for getting back to me, it says im on version 10.0.96 &nbsp;i've tried to find more udates and it says i am all up to date any suggestions?
