I preordered these item along with the School Spirit and for some reason the codes won't redeem. 1 code out of 3 work! How do I get my $$ back??

If it shows in your purchase history but you can't download, check the log. It can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
