sims 3 university, saying it hasn't been released yet even though i got my confirmation email..

I pre ordered the sims 3 university with origin a while back, and last night i stayed up till midnight to digitally download it, i received my conformation email and everything, yet 14 hours after ...

Same! Its pissing me off so much, you'd think after the bull**bleep** with the American release date (They had similar problems) They'd effing fix it! Ugh, all I want is my sims 3 university or a freaking refund, but I can't even contact EA because of their **bleep**ty live chat.
