sims 3 uploading a world

my game works fine  i just cannot find how to upload a world i originally downloaded the world then designed modern houses on it but in the same way a sim or lot can be uploaded i cannot find how ...

    To share a world:
    First add a world description and an icon by right-clicking the topmost layer of your world and

thankyou

but is this solution achieved by using create a world tool - which usually locks up on my computer -

or from the game sims 3 itself or its launcher

i wonder if i would be wrong to export/upload a world

from create a world which i did not design

even though i use it for my game

    no idea tbh as if the world was created by someone else most creator's may have asked/stated to not re-upload their world or sim as the case may be so you'd need to check if the creator put that in the description @SandArcher   any ideas on the CAW

      I wouldn't recommend uploading someone's else work as it would probably (I say probably because I'm not 100% certain) considered plagiarism. 

      Rum - you mean the "freezing" up and stuff with the CAW? Not sure. @OP - what happens?
