@Orion_Unknown Apparently, this used to be a relatively common glitch—vampires randomly retain (or acquire, in your case) some human needs. There's a cheat console-enabled fix for an individual listed on another thread:

@Orion_Unknown Sorry, you're right, I accidentally pasted the wrong link (I had a few tabs open, and I wasn't being careful). But aside from the discussion, the point the correct link made was that you could enter testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat console (crtl-shift-c to bring it up) and then shift-click your sim to get the option to "edit in create a sim." From there, you can remove the vampire occult state and put it back again. If doing so in one session doesn't help, you could save the sim as a human, either in a house or to the bin, and then quit, reload, and add the occult again.
