Sims 3 website cannot change avatar background!

So I recently got the sims 3 like a month ago... I uploaded my own avatar to the sims 3 website as my profile pic, but I cannot change the avatar background so it just plain white. I know the steps...

Few days later and we still can not change our Avatar Backgrounds on the sims 3 site. I hope someone sees this so old and new people who paid for the avatar backgrounds can change and use them. Avatar Backgrounds come from my page goodies on the sims 3 store.

    Week later and still an issue. I hope we can have a solution. I got new avatar backgrounds that got gifted on the sims 3 site that I still can't use yet ☹️

        @sonic65101 Frendilla19royal has contacted them and said they are working on fixing the issue. But unsure if it is fixable or not. I'm just giving a update on if it fixed. I'm hoping EA will be able to fix it.
