I have not been able to access my Sims 3 Store account and purchases for over a month. I have been a customer for many years and the account is probably 15 years old. I bought a new lap top and need to download my store merchandise. I can not. It won't let me sign in. I can not access the exchange or my studio. I want to know what will be done about this? If I try to log in, it just reverts me back to the first page. Thanks. RW

I just tried today 12-7-2025, the same thing happened. I finally get The Sims 3 to work on my main PC only to now not be able to get to my own uploaded stuff and plus I still have spending points on the store. But I wont hold my breath that it will be fixed anytime soon. I've been a customer since it opened, and have bought most of the stuff on there, so I don't want to lose access to it!
