Here is a screenshot of my Sims 3 page which is working just fine, which I interacted with just these very last few minutes.
You can see the date and time down the bottom right of my task bar.
Are you trying to access your page through your game, the EA App, or your browser?
Try using your browser and type the address manually into the address bar: www.thesims3.com
or click on this link: http://www.thesims3.com
or do a Google search for "sims 3 my page" to which the top result I get is:
And that result works just fine:
And then logging in worked just fine as well. However, it showed things like sim points, friend requests etc, so I'm not going to show you that one.
My game is on a separate computer and is offline, in fact the computer is not connected to the internet and doesn't have wi-fi. I initiated it while connected via an ethernet cable and then disconnected it after that. I've been transferring pictures with a stick. I've had the game on this computer too though, just not as elaborate because this is only a laptop. And I've been accessing my My Page the whole time.
I am pleased you can access your page and everything else. There are so many players that can't and because they are no longer using the site, the servers or server, I don't know how many, are not as busy. My wall has been working better since many players are not online. This does not mean that it is fixed. There is less traffic for the servers to cope with, that is all. We all know what site to go on, we have been doing it for many years. I have been on the site since 2009. It has nothing to do with any cache or browser or anything like that. It is the server or servers issue.
Users connected to a different operational server may be fine.
They need to fix the server or servers that we are experiencing problems on and do a full maintenance for us ALL to be able to get back on or use the site properly.
