Sims 3 website is down?

Hey, its been 18 days...do hope this hasn't been forgotten? 

Now there's a new issue, besides the login loop. Now I'm unable to log into the Launcher. It keeps telling my my account isn't linked, whatever that means, so I cannot even install the files I have on my harddrive.

BylineBelife​, the game launcher login failure is not something new, it was reported here a while back.

Unfortunately, that's not good for those of us who already own the worlds via the store. We can't access our store accounts. 

It is new for me as I used the Launcher to install a world I had on file earlier this week.

Correct, but that is not the problem now. Now we cannot login to the website. 

I also get this message. 

I even tried using wayback machine. 

If the site is being shut down, it would be nice if you all gave us a chance to download our store content and favorite creations from the exchange, before doing so.
