I started to have issues signing in on Nov.13th or 14th I believe. I know for sure that I have been unable to log in since Nov.15th. Not sure if it's different for anyone else. I'm in the middle of trying to complete the store and before the website issue I'd log in on most days.
I've been having the same issue as everyone else too. Login loop with no pop ups or anything it just takes me to the home page. I tried going through EA help twice but both times they were unable to solve the issue. They said it might be an account issue but that it was definitely something on their end and they would escalate it. Like some other people on here, I'm also getting an error saying that my ea account isn't linked to a sims 3 community account when I try to log in through the launcher.
i can narrow it down more than that. i purchased something on the daily deal on 9 november 25. so it stopped working shortly after that judging from when people started reporting problems with the store itself
Tcee11 I recognize this loop, I discovered that on the 29th of November and haven't been able to log in on The Sims 3 Store AT ALL since at least then. Since the first post was published about two months ago and I know that my last download was in February this year, the mess must have started sometime between February and October 2025.
I stil cannot log in to the sims store (https://www.thesims3.com/home.html).
This is already day 4 that i am trying to log in. It does not matter what browser i use. I cannot log in. I already tried repairing the game. Different browsers. Cleaning caches. Different pc. Tryed the mobile phone . Notheing workes. I hope some one can help us all.!
ea_solaire has responded in a couple spots higher up on the thread. last time was two days ago (1 dec 25). they are aware that something is going on, and are looking into it... but that's all we've got so far
Another 7 days and I still can't log in. I am stuck in the login loop. Can someone from EA at least confirm that you are working on this and provide an ETA on when it will be fixed, if ever?
I had all my downloads in a file on my desktop and after moving them to the game downloads file (forgot to copy the files), the worlds were gone. I found that multiple worlds were installed via the EA App.
I own all the worlds and I am missing all other worlds except Hidden Springs, Riverview and Lucky Palms and those installed by EA App.
Can't continue my storyline without them. ☹️
UPDATE: Found my Worlds, they weren't showing up under the worlds tab but did find them under the all tab.

When I tried logging in via Firefox since I have never used that browser with my PC. It asked me to login, taking me to the EA Login and said the account is not linked when I try to log in.
