I don't understand the nearby reference. Can she not talk to anyone or just the ones that are in the same room ?
Have you tried resetting the Sim and/or moving out and back in ?
She is anti-social, she only talks to sims if they are not in the same room as her! hahahaha I'm so sorry! But that glitch is very funny! But this gave me an ideia, does she have any weird trait? Like Absent Minded, Brooding, Grumpy, Hot Headed, Inappropriate, Insane, Loner, Neurotic, Rebellious, Shy. yes it might sound funny but it`s realy very irritating. if ther is no solution i will kick her out and go on with father and son. she has a perfect pursenality so that can`t be it.
